Vehicle services, which shall include fuel, oil, air, and water
Drinking water suitable for public use
2 or more restrooms, with at least 1 for men and 1 for women. Must be available during all hours the facility is open to the public
Continuous operation at least 16 hours per day, 7 days per week
Located within 3 miles of the intersection

A valid permit and all other licenses and approvals as required by local governmental bodies
Continuous operation, 6 days per week and opening not later than 7:00 AM serving breakfast and closing no earlier than 8:00 PM
On-premise seating for at least 25 persons
2 or more restrooms, with at least 1 for men and 1 for women. Must be available during all hours the facility is open to the public
Located within 3 miles of the intersection

All appropriate state and local licenses or approvals
Off street parking
A minimum of 20 sleeping units
A private entrance and restroom which has hot and cold water and a tub or shower for each sleeping unit
Continuous operation 24 hours per day
Located within 3 miles of the intersection

All appropriate state and local licenses and approvals, including health permits
Continuous operation for at least 6 months of the year
A minimum of 10 individual campsites each having accommodations for potable water and electrical hook-ups for conventional travel trailers, tents, and campers
Parking spaces for each campsite
Each campsite shall have a minimum area of 300 square feet
A sanitary disposal system for travel trailers and campers
Separate shower facilities for men and women with hot and cold running water and 2 or more restrooms, 1 for men and 1 for women
A full-time attendant on duty or on call 24 hours a day to maintain and manage campground services
Located within 15 miles of the intersection

Adequate parking for the facility with a minimum of 20 spaces
Year-round operation and open to the public at least 5 days per week, including at least 1 day on the weekend
2 or more restrooms, with at least 1 for men and 1 for women. Must be available during all hours the facility is open to the public
Open to members of the public of all age groups, and excluding businesses open only to adults
Open to walk-ins. No appointments required
Located within 15 miles of the intersection
